Returns & Exchanges

At Pacas™ Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
